SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of online purchase. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be shipped on Tuesday during regular business hours.  We currently us the United States Postal Service as our primary method of shipping. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We make every attempt to deliver you the freshest and most delicious coffee beans possible. However Wise Owl is not responsible for weather delays or changing of minds after the order process has been completed.

If you have any questions about our coffee or products please email us at wiseowlcoffeco@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you. 

As mentioned above, we do not refund for changing of minds and we are not required to provide refunds or replace any goods, which have been used or damaged unless the damage was fault of Wise Owl. 

No refunds will be given on purchased coffee beans.
