Can I order your coffee by the ounce?


We currently only offer our coffee in 1lb packaging. We do have 5lb bag's available upon request.




What are the shipping rates?


We ship your coffee to you using the United States Postal Service. Shipping cost is weight based and to reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.




Can I change my order after it has been placed?


Yes! But only if you contact us within 24 hours of your order.




How do I return an item or receive a refund?


Apparel and gear can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit. Coffee, at this time, cannont be returned for credit or refund. If you require further assistance , please email us wiseowlcoffeeco@gmail.com




How should I store my coffee? How long will it last?


To keep your coffee as fresh as possible we suggest sealing it in an airtight container. If you are able to grind your own beans your coffee will stay fresh longer by ordering whole beans and gridning just prior to drinking.
